After reading, on the Friday, April 30th edition of “La Nouvelle République” (A local newspaper), about the donation of several weapons to our association by the city of Montierchaume, a lady from Issoudun decided to donate hers.

Her two bayonets, a French one (for a MAS36) and a German one (for a Mauser) were found in a cellar during a move. The revolver (deactivated) is older and was found in a tin box buried in her backyard. These weapons were kept in the family since the move.

Thank you to this person and to “La Nouvelle République” for helping us enrich our collection.
