Despite heating problems quickly resolved thanks to Art Elec, partner of our association; that Wednesday was a beautiful day at La Martinerie with, as part of the Civic Day, the visit of 9 graders students from the Beaulieu middle school.
The morning was devoted to discovering the evolution of the La Martinerie base between 1915 and 2012, followed by a guided tour of “la maison départementale de la mémoire militaire”.
After a picnic-style meal, the teacher divided the students into groups of 4 with, for each group, a study theme to be used as preparation for the oral examination of the “Diplôme National du Brevet”.
Objective: Understand the study theme, take notes and photos, prepare the materials, including text and slideshow, for the oral presentation, with, for each group, a volunteer responsible for answering the questions asked by the other middle school students.
It is expected that, after their school break, each group will have to present their work to their classmates.
